Beaverton, OR., October 1, 2021 — 321 Precision Conversions is pleased to announce Greenwich Highland Aviation as its latest A321-200PCF customer. Greenwich has initially pledged two aircraft, msn 1438 and 1953, which will induct in early 2022 at HAECO Americas in Lake City, Florida. The pair of A321-200PCFs will be leased to Global Crossing Airlines Group, Inc. (JET: TSX-V; JET.B: TSX-V; JETMF: OTCQB) (the “Company” or “GlobalX”). 321 Precision Conversions continues to see strong demand for the A321-200PCF freighter conversion, with orders extending well into 2023. 321 Precision Conversions received its FAA STC in April 2021.

321 Precision Conversions is a joint venture between Aircraft Transport Services Group (ATSG) and Precision Aircraft Solutions (PAS) to deliver the A321-200PCF freighter conversion across the globe. Precision Aircraft Solutions set the global standard for B757 conversions and continues its legacy of industry-leading passenger-to-freighter cargo conversions with the A321.

Greenwich Highland Aviation was formed in 2011 by a team of aviation industry professionals, each with over 25 years of experience, GHA has become a very successful lessor and trader, specializing particularly in the A320 family. Building on previous individual experience in converting and leasing P2F narrow body equipment GHA has for some time been developing its A321 P2F lease offering package for the narrow body freighter market.
