PORTLAND, OR, — August 14th, 2012 — Precision Conversions, LLC (Precision), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Erickson Group, announced today that Gary J. Warner will become President of Precision Conversions effective September 4th, 2012. Mr. Warner, 41, served as the company’s Vice President of Corporate Development since 2003, in which he was responsible for strategic growth opportunities, the development of new programs and products, along with directing sales activities in China. Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Warner worked at BAE Systems dealing with both military and commercial aircraft programs such as the development of missile systems and performing business development activities for the Airbus A300B4 freighter program.

After the transition, Mr. Thomas will remain as the Erickson Group managing Board member of Precision.
