BEAVERTON, Ore. (November 1, 2016) – Precision Aircraft Solutions announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement with Altech Aerospace of Portland, Oregon, to join forces in the aerospace industry. Altech will continue doing business under its brand name as a division of Precision.

Altech is an engineering organization that provides services to airlines, MROs and aircraft manufacturers worldwide. Its engineering team includes structural and interior design engineers, composite design engineers and static and damage tolerance stress analysts. Founded in 2011, Altech has doubled its industry footprint every year since.
